RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent Grillz.net order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition. Return items must not be worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement and you will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Grillz.nat will only refund the full amount if the molding kit is not shipped out.
The full amount minus the cost of the molding kit and S&H will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 3 days of receiving the gold teeth. After 3 days, sale product is not eligible for return or credit.
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Due to the unique nature of our Grillz.net products, such products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, and all protective materials in place to within 3 days of receiving the product. Grillz.net will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Making a Return by Mail
Pay the return postage yourself
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, if possible. The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address:

When paying for the return postage yourself, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse will be credited.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. Quickly contact us via phone or email to notify the changes.
